Hi I am Maila D. Florendo, a registered midwife and a dedicated baby care professional. I have several years of experience in providing care for both newborns and mothers. I can assist new mothers with daily activities such as feeding, diaper changes, and bathing the baby.

In addition to baby care, I can also provide antenatal care for pregnant mothers, ensuring they receive the support and attention they need during this special time. If the mother has undergone a C-section delivery, I am skilled in performing wound care, including cleaning and dressing, to promote a smooth recovery.

My professional background includes valuable experience from the Rural Health Midwife Placement Program (RHMPP) under the Department of Health in the Philippines and at present I am taking care of a newborn for a family in Abu Dhabi.

I have enhanced my nursing skills through the Nursing Skills Enhancement (NSE) program and I am also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Furthermore, I hold a National Certificate II in caregiving, which highlights my commitment to providing high-quality care.
